Thousands of citizens gathered in Capitol Park on the west steps of the State Capitol in Sacramento on Sunday to protest the unconstitutional passage of Proposition 8, which eliminates the right of citizens to marry the adult person of their choice, regardless of gender.
This fight will not end until all citizens are equal, that they can choose to marry the adult person of their choosing.
But just to say: a child cannot enter into a contract. A non-human animal cannot enter into a contract. An inanimate object cannot enter into a contract.
