s John McCain so aptly said yesterday morning on Meet the Press when asked by Tom Brokaw if he and George W. Bush share a common philosophy:

Do we share a common philosophy of the Republican Party? Of course.

John McCain voted with George W. Bush’s philosophy “90 percent of the time.”   He said so himself.  Isn’t a maverick supposed to go his own way?

Do we need more commonality with the last 8 years?

Sarah Palin thinks that Ayers is a terrorist, but people like Eric Rudolph, the bomber at the Atlanta Olympic Games, Robert Weiler, who confessed to bombing abortion clinics and killed doctors, are not. At least, she doesn’t know if they are or aren’t.

In her mind, a terrorist is only someone who attacks government facilities. So, apparently, the people who attacked the World Trade Center weren’t terrorists! That’s so nice to know. Thanks ever so much for clarifying that.

If you aren’t voting for Barack Obama and Joe Biden on November 4th, please abstain from voting. That’s right, just stay home and let the grown-ups do the voting.
